How to Manage Your Emails from Linno Fund

 

Linno Fund provides you with a dashboard, Emails, where you can selectively subscribe or unsubscribe from notifications in your account's profile settings. Here’s how you can manage your preferences:

  1. Visit the Linno Fund homepage
  2. Log In
    • Click "Log In" in the upper-right corner above the search bar.
    • Enter your email address (you can create a new password if needed).
  3. Access Profile Settings
    • Click on the triangle next to your name.
    • Select "My Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Navigate to Email Preferences
    • Click on "Emails" in the menu.
    • Select or deselect subscriptions by clicking the box to the left of each listed item.
  5. Manage Campaign Subscriptions
    • Click the "Manage X Campaigns" link to review your subscriptions for specific campaign updates.
  6. Save Your Preferences
    • Click "Save Subscription Settings" to apply your choices.

 

To unsubscribe from all emails, check the box at the bottom of the page. If you wish to start receiving emails again, you must uncheck this box.

We recommend staying subscribed to "Campaigns you support" emails to ensure you receive the latest updates from campaigners about their projects, including delays, shipping details, and requests for information to facilitate delivery.

 

For Campaign Owners:


It’s important to stay subscribed to "Important Updates" emails to ensure you don’t miss inquiries from backers and other critical notifications, including:

  • Alerts for contributions to your campaign
  • Direct messages from backers
  • New comments or replies on your campaign or campaign updates

 

Please note: You may still receive one-time emails based on your site usage, such as transactional notifications (e.g., confirmation of a transaction) or legally required notices, including updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
