How to Contact the Campaign Owner as a Backer
For backers who prefer a private approach, Linno Fund allows direct mailing to campaign owners. This feature is available if you are a campaign backer. To send a direct message:
- Log into your Linno Fund account associated with the contribution.
- Navigate to your dashboard and select Contributions from the menu at the top. This will show a list of your contributions. Select the campaign for which you have a request or question from the campaign owner to access the details.
- You’ll see a “Contact Campaign Owner” button on your contribution details page. Click it to email the campaign owner directly.
The campaign owner will receive an email notification about your message and can respond via email, enabling a more direct line of communication.
*Please note, Direct Messages have a character count limit of 500 characters.
Not a Backer? Here’s How to Reach Out
If you’re a backer of a campaign or not and want to ask a question or share feedback, you can easily post a comment directly on the campaign’s page. Here’s how:
- Log into your Linno Fund account.
- Go to the campaign’s home page.
- Click on the “Comments” tab, type your comment, and click “Comment.”
Once your comment is posted, the campaign owner can reply directly on the Comments tab, allowing for a transparent and easy conversation with the entire campaign community.
*Please note that responses from the campaign owner will be labeled with a “Campaign Owner” badge.
