InDemand on Linno Fund allows campaigns that have met their fundraising goals by their deadline to continue collecting contributions even after the main campaign has ended. You can keep raising money and expanding your audience for as long as you want!

Who Can Use InDemand?
To be eligible for InDemand, your campaign must have met its goal by the deadline and be in good standing on Linno Fund. Campaigns that miss their goals by the deadline are not eligible for InDemand and will be closed.
If your campaign is ineligible but you’ve fulfilled backer promises, you can consider launching a follow-up campaign on Linno Fund.
How to Join InDemand
Once your campaign meets its goal and deadline, it will automatically move into InDemand. You can confirm this by logging into your Linno Fund account, visiting your campaign page, and navigating to the ‘Campaign Editor’ on the sidebar. In the ‘Settings’ section, you’ll see that the 'Opt into InDemand' box is checked by default.
When Does InDemand Begin?
InDemand begins right after your campaign deadline, provided the goal has been met. If your campaign hasn’t reached its goal by the deadline, it won’t qualify for InDemand and will close.
How to Opt Out of InDemand
To leave InDemand, simply go to the ‘Settings’ tab in your campaign editor and uncheck the "Opt in to InDemand" box. If your campaign is already in InDemand, you can click the "Opt Out" button.
Can I Rejoin InDemand After Opting Out?
You may rejoin InDemand if you opted out manually and meet specific conditions:

Why Might My InDemand Campaign Be Under Review?
Linno Fund requires campaigns to fulfill perks within three months of the estimated delivery date. If perks remain unfulfilled or are indefinitely delayed, our Trust & Safety team may review and potentially close the campaign.
What Are the Costs for InDemand?
Linno Fund applies a platform fee of 5% for campaigns that originally launched on Linno Fund. Campaigns that started on other platforms have an 7.5% fee, plus a 15% fee on funds generated from Linno Fund’s channels. Third-party payment processing fees apply as well. When Will I Receive My Funds?
Funds raised will be disbursed to your bank within 15 business days after your initial campaign ends. After this, disbursements for funds raised in InDemand are sent every four weeks and may take 3-5 business days to reach your account.

How to Reach Out to Previous Backers Only
You can download backer emails in a .csv file to target specific groups with personalized messages through your own email platform.
Will My Campaign’s URL Change?
No, your campaign page and URL remain the same, preserving search engine rankings and ensuring smooth traffic flow.
How Will Linno Fund Promote My Campaign?
Linno Fund’s promotion efforts are based on activity. The more active you are in engaging your community, the more exposure your campaign will receive, including potential features in the Linno Fund blog, newsletter, and social media.
Where Should I Direct My Audience?
Keep directing supporters to your InDemand page, as it remains open to contributions and shows the full fundraising total, including contributions during InDemand.
What Can I Edit During InDemand?
You retain the ability to edit most campaign elements, such as the video, title, tagline, description, team, payment settings, updates, and perks. However, certain aspects like your original funding goal, funding type, and claimed perks cannot be changed.
Can I Adjust Perks or Their Prices?
Yes, you can edit, add, or remove perks and change their prices. Once a perk has been claimed, it cannot be edited but can be removed. Offering special perks for previous backers is a great way to re-engage your audience.
Can I Change My InDemand Goal?
The initial goal set for your campaign is locked and cannot be altered in InDemand.
Will the Total Funds Raised Display Update?
Yes, your InDemand page will continue to show the total funds raised, including those from the InDemand period.
How to Monitor InDemand Performance
Your campaign dashboard provides insights into contributions, perks claimed, and overall analytics. You can also filter metrics for your live campaign versus the InDemand period, allowing you to compare performance between the two phases.
